Co-Founder Brookmark Research Alex is recognized leader in the online data collection industry focusing on identifying and leveraging best practices in survey administration and sample procurement. A vocal critic of certain sampling industry practices, Alex is focused on identifying the best available technologies to minimize fraudulent survey activity including bots, click farms, internet fraudsters, retail and ad-tech fraudsters and more. Prior to forming Brookmark in 2009, Alex held leadership positions on both the client and supplier-side of the research industry including managing the defined contribution research group at Scudder Investments and serving as an analyst in the financial services practice at Abt Associates.
DENIS MARK
Co-Founder Dennis has over 10 years of experience developing web applications, increasing information flow and access. The last 5 years Dennis has applied this skill set to market research industry, creating complex online surveys and reports. In addition, he has integrated backend applications with client CRM systems, automating the entire data collection phase of research initiatives. He has brought technology to an industry where traditionally it was an afterthought. Dennis has become a leader among his colleagues, not only training and mentoring junior staff, but also changing the mindset of the most experienced industry veterans.
KATE SWEEZY
Senior VP of Data Management Kate has over 20 years of experience designing, coordinating and executing market research for the financial services, healthcare and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining Brookmark, Kate led a range of research initiatives with Abt Associates and Boston Research Group, where her clients included premier banking, insurance and mutual fund companies, and areas of specialization included complex tracking studies. She graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University and received her Master’s degree in Economics from Boston University with a focus on statistics.
JILL SIMONS
Senior VP of Research Jill has conducted research and consulting assignments for the financial services and healthcare industries for more than 25 years. Over the years, Jill has developed a unique specialty in large-scale research projects including multiple audiences and multiple geographies. Jill is well known for her attention to detail and accuracy. Prior to joining Brookmark Research Services, Jill worked at Boston Research Group for 17 years, serving as Managing Director/Chief Operating Office for the last 8 years. Jill was also an Associate at Abt Associates in the Financial Services Practice.
JAROD JOHNSON
VP Programming & Data Management Jarod has been in the Information Technology industry for 17 years, working with web and Windows applications, database programming, and reporting systems. He has 12 years of experience in both programming elaborate online surveys and reporting that data on a variety of systems. In addition to market research, Jarod’s experience also includes extracting and reporting data on intricate and diverse electronic medical record and practice management systems. No matter which industry he’s working in, Jarod has always sought out ways to use technology to improve the experience of both users and developers.
ERIC PAQUETTE
Managing Director Eric is a marketing research and brand strategy consultant who specializes in the design and execution of marketing research to help guide brand and experience strategy. Over the past 20+ years, he has worked with leading brands in the U.S. and abroad to help define and assess targeting, brand and positioning, user experience, product, pricing and communications strategies. An expert on the design and execution of market segmentation, buyer and user journey research, positioning, advertising, brand and advertising tracking engagements, he helps clients realize more effective marketing strategies, tactics and programs.
Prior to joining Brookmark, Eric lead the Marketing Intelligence practice at Isobar, formerly Copernicus Marketing Consulting. He has a BA of Mathematics from Middlebury College, a MS in Operations Research and Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Graduate Certificate in Analytics from DePaul University.

Managing Director Alexandra is an expert in market segmentation, targeting & positioning and overall brand measurement. Over the past 20+ years, she was worked with clients in a wide range of industries spanning Healthcare, CPG, Retail, Financial services, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive. She has directed numerous large-scale brand strategy development projects for an impressive list of companies and organizations that includes Procter & Gamble, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Pepsi, Kraft, 3M, ExxonMobil, Irving Oil, Husqvarna Construction, Astrazeneca and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Diane Tran
Research Lead Diane has 3 years of experience supporting marketing research projects exploring areas such as market segmentation, concept testing, and brand tracking. She has since worked with several key clients operating in a wide range of industries from healthcare to consumer goods including MD Anderson Cancer Center, Church & Dwight and Boston Children's Hospital. Prior to joining Brookmark, Diane was a part of the Marketing Intelligence practice at Isobar/dentsu. She has a dual Master’s degree in International Business and Finance from Hult International Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with minors in Economics and Public Relations from Salem State University.”
